Apologies for the delivery issues. We depend on courier companies for delivering our artworks. Sometimes delay crops up due to the operational issues on their side, specially during festive seasons. We are unable to control their operations but we are working closely with them to find solutions to avoid the issues, delays.
Neverhtelss, we remain reposible for the delivery and are committed to customer satisfaction. Any issues that prevent delivery beyond reasonable delays, we are willing to ship new artworks at our cost.

I ordered 4 frames from ARTEVENUE for my clinic. The frames finishing and quality are so nice, also the pictures look beautiful, just like it's shown on website. ARTEVENUE has such a vast collection to choose from and the best part is you can customise the size as per the need. Also they were delivered very carefully and safely packed.

Great product and packaging - delivery was slow

So glad my search for paintings ended on Arte'Venue as I was spoilt for choice to choose from thousands of paintings! Best part was that they're customizable in multiple ways in terms of size and frames! Bought 2 large paintings for 2 of my bedrooms and they brought a cheery look to both the rooms!
