    1. JOINING AS AN ARTIST
      1. By joining Arte'Venue as an artist you provide license to Arte'Venue to sell all your listed artworks via Arte'Venue platform.
      2. The Arte'Venue platform primarily comprises of it's website, and may addtionally include its' social media accounts, it's account on other marketplaces.
      3. Arte'Venue makes it's platform available for artists to list their artwork free of cost. Any platform fee to be charged for joining and listing artworks remains at the discretion of Arte'Venue.
    2. ARTIST ARTWORKS
      1. PLEASE NOTE: When artist allows sell of original artwork, the artwork needs to be unframed and unstretched. Arte'Venue can't accept the framed or stretched canvas artworks. This is due the fact that Arte'Venue allows framing option to it's customers.
      2. The minimum price (before tax) of an original art for sale is Rs 5,000. Arte'Venue can't list an original artwork for sell that are priced less than Rs. 5,000. Artist can list only art prints for sell in case their original artwork is less than Rs 5,000.
      3. When artist submit artworks for Arte'Venue review, he/she confirms that they own artworks, and have the copy right. Artists will not upload any artwork that is not created by them and don't own a copy right.
      4. In case of copy right issues, complains of copy right/ownership of any artwork, artists will be soley responsible and bear the complete consequences. Arte'Venue only acts as platform/marketplace that allows artists to sell their artworks through the visibility to the propective customers.
      5. Arte'Venue has a right to reject to list any artwork for sell on it's website. This is to maintain the high quality of artwork the website and other reasons that Arte'Venue deems fit.
      6. Arte'Venue will use the artist's artwork image to print when it receives an order from it's customers.
      7. You provide Arte'Venue a right to frame the artwork and art prints based on the customer orders.
      8. Artist provides a right to Arte'Venue to use the artist's artwork images in it's social media posts, advertisement, other advertisements and promotion events.
      9. Arte'Venue will not use artist's artwork images for any other purpose not listed here.
      10. All the decisions related to listing of artworks are reserved only with Arte'Venue. How and where to display the artworks, how and where customers will see the artworks are some of the examples of decisions that Arte'Venue makes.
    3. PLATFORM FEE
      1. Arte'Venue charges the platform fee only when there is a sale.
      2. Arte'Venue calculates the platform fee during the first week of a month for the orders received in previous months.
      3. Following is platform fee charged by Arte'Venue

      4. Arte'Venue reserves the right to change the platform fee. If it does, artists will be given a notice. Artists have the choice to delist their art for sell at any point in time.
      5. Platform Fee Includes
        1. Printing cost
        2. Framing cost
        3. All required materials for printing, framing and packing
        4. All labour costs
        5. Cost of shipping to customer
        6. Marketing costs - Digital marketing, Offline marketing
        7. All operational and management costs in managing orders and delivery
        8. All platform costs for running and mainting and enhancing the website & other marketplaces
      6. Please note that in case of art print sales, Arte'Venue bears complete cost of printing, framing, packing, shipping, tracking etc. There is no action required to be taken by Artist.
    4. SHIPPING OF ORIGINAL ARTWORKS
      1. As soon as an order is received, Arte'Venue will send an email to artist on their registered email ID. The original artwork will have to be shipped by artists to Arte'Venue's factory. at address given below:

      2. Resposiblity of shipping of original artwork and ensuring that Arte'Venue receives it within 7 days is solely with the artist.
      3. Arte'Venue has years of experience and uses proven packing materials and processes that ensures that artworks are delivered to customer in without damages in transit. However, in rare event if the original artwork is received by the customer in damaged condition, then Arte'Venue will accept the return and return the same artwork to the artist. Arte'Venue doesn't bear resposiblity of the damages in transit and cant' be held resposible.
      4. If an art print is received by customer in damanged condition, then Arte'Venue will again product it and send to the customer.
    5. PAYMENTS TO ARTISTS
      1. Arte'Venue processes the artists payments in the first week of a month for the orders received in previous month.
      2. An example of original artwork sale - if an artist's orignal artworks are sold in September 2020 for a total value of Rs. 5,00,000 (before tax), then in the first week of October 2020, Arte'Venue will make payment of Rs. 3,50,000 (Rs 1,50,000 i.e., 30% of orignal artwork value dedcuted by Arte'Venue as platform fees) to the artist.
      3. An example of art print sale - if an art print worth Rs 5,00,000 (before tax) and size greater than 300 square inch is sold in September 2020, then in first week of Oct 2020, Arte'Venue will make payment of Rs. 1,50,000 (Rs. 3,50,000, i.e. 70% of art print value deducted by Arte'Venue as platform fee) to the artist.
    6. CANCELLATION FEE
      1. When an order gets cancelled for the reasons mentioned in this clause below, 30% of order value(before tax) will be charged to the artist as cancellation fee and the artwork will be returned to artist in the condition it was received in. Cancellation fee applies when an order gets cancelled due to any of these situations
        1. If Arte'Venue does not receive the artwork within 7 days from the date of order.
        2. Arte'Venue receives artwork in damaged condition.
        3. Arte'Venue receives a framed or stretched canvas artwork.
      2. Arte'Venue allows it's customers to cancel order. When a customer cancels an order, it is treated as no sale and artist is not eligible for any proceeds from the sale. If it was an original artwork, and was shipped by artists, it will be returned to the artists.
    7. PROCESS TO UPLOAD AND LIST ARTWORKS
      1. Artist uploads the artwork image and enters data such as type, title, medium, surface, size, price and other details.
      2. When done, artist submits the artwork for Arte'Venue review
      3. Arte'Venue reviews the artwork image, entered data, price and other details. When Arte'Venue finds it fit for listing, your artwork will get listed for sell.
      4. Every time artist makes a change to the artwork image, and the related data, the artwork again needs to be submitted to Arte'Venue for review.
      5. Artist can delist any artwork at any point in time.
